HOW TO RETURN

If your purchase has not met your expectations, you can make a return.

CONDITIONS TO COMPLETE A RETURN

You must organise the return before the established deadline:

You have 14 days from the shipping (arrival) date of your order.
Items must be in their original condition and include all labels.

REFUNDS

PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER, ITEMS TO RETURN WITH REASON IN THIS EMAIL.

Once we have processed the return of your items, we will proceed with the refund.

 

REFUND OF AN ONLINE PURCHASE

When you return an online purchase, you will receive a refund of your order in the same payment method you used for the purchase.

If you have sent your return via a carrier, we’ll process it within 72 hours after receiving it.

Once the return has been made, we will send you an email with confirmation.

Please note that once the item has been returned, you will receive the amount in a maximum or two weeks depending on your bank.

If more than 14 days have passed and you have not received the refund in your account, please use this confirmation to submit it to your bank so that they can help you speed up the process.

SHIPPING

When you place your order, we will show you the shipping methods available, the cost and the estimated delivery date.

Please note that deliveries are only made on working days.

UK DELIVERY

Next day delivery (tracked) - 4.50 GBP

Standard Delivery (tracked) in 2-3 working days - 3.50 GBP

Shipping will be free for orders over 70 GBP only for non-discounted items.

The delivery times shown above shall increase for Northern Ireland and remote areas. 

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Any orders placed outside of the UK will be subject to customs upon delivery.

International tracked and signed - 16.65 GBP

Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days

Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days
